A graduate from U.C.L.A. and Santa Clara University School of Law, Joe is our resident expert in estate planning, business litigation and all civil law matters. When you need your business, assets or property protected, you want Joe in your corner. He currently teaches one course at CSUMB in Business Law and has been appointed by the California State Bar as a Fee Arbitrator.
Joe has extensive experience in the many aspects of estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. This includes complex tax and state laws regulating the transfer and management of property and assets. Joe is particularly mindful of the personal and family issues related to drafting trusts and wills.
Britt concentrates on real estate law consultations and sales with her brokerage, Haselton Properties. She is a graduate of Smith College and Emory University School of Law.
Britt has served an appointment on the Sheriff's Parole Board in Santa Cruz County. She also served as a board member of Shakespeare Santa Cruz and was a member of Soroptomist International.
Britt and Joe were part of the trial team representing many clients in the Pajaro River flood litigation of 1995. Britt has appeared before the Santa Cruz County Supervisors, the California Coastal Commission and the California 6th District Court of Appeals in various real estate matters.
Brian concentrates his practice in corporate law, real estate law and other civil matters. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
Kelly assists as receptionist and office manager. Her experience and helpful attitude further supports our clients.
